Who am I?
My name is Helen, I am the founder and creator of Puzzled and I am dedicated to finding therapeutic based solutions to helping children and young people .
During my 10 years working as a Life Story Worker within a Local Authority, I realised how limited they are to the services they can provide the people who need it most.
My passion has always been supporting others in telling their story and helping them understand it. So many children and young people miss parts of their story due to people around them not knowing how to open conversations around difficult subjects. We at Puzzled break down those barriers and help support in delivering this information in a therapeutic based approach.
